Getting Ready
Supplies
- 15 feet of rope (3/8″ dia.)
- Ball netting
- Ground anchor (screw for soft ground, weight for hard ground)
- Size 3 soccer ball or 7″ playground ball
- 3 active players on a team with no more than 7 reserve players.
- Gloves
- Arm and leg guards to protect skin from the rope
- 30 foot diameter circle of flat ground (either soft or hard)
Play Area Diagram
A.) Dome – The space within the 30 foot diameter half sphere play area.
B.) Center – The 2 foot diameter circle around the Anchor.
C.) Anchor – The center of the Dome where the Line is affixed.
D.) Ball – Size 3 soccer ball encased in netting and fixed to the Line.
E.) Line – 15 feet of rope attached to the Ball and extending from the Anchor.
F.) Reach – 15 feet from the Center, the boundary of the Dome.
G.) Safety – All space outside of the Dome.
