Holding
A Holding player is any player who is currently touching the Ball or Line with any part of their open hand.
They must follow the rules below:
- One of their feet must remain stationary and the other foot can pivot.
- They can only remain Holding for ten seconds.
- They may only Hold once before another Player touches the Ball.
- They may not dribble the Ball with an open hand.
- Only one player may be Holding at a time.
- A Hold can be stolen at any time by grabbing the Line closer to the Ball than they current Player is Holding.
- If two players simultaneously pick up the Ball, Active Play stops and the referee or team with less points serves.
Tangling
- Players may touch the Line with any part of their body except their hands at any time during Active Play. This can be done for any length of time, but the Tangling Player must remain stationary with only a single pivot foot.
Trapping
- Players may stomp on the line and pick up the ball with their fists. This can be done for any length of time, but the Trapping Player must remain stationary with only a single pivot foot.
